I'm sorry you're not happy with your initial results. 

I want to point out that the treatment has been shown to have a cumulative effect meaning that it works better the longer you use it. This is because The Luminance Red provides additional Adenosine Triphosphate (or energy) to the mitochondria in your cells which strengthen them over time.

Even though a lot of customers see immediate results, we often get emails from people 4-6 months into treatment saying that they just started seeing great results at that time.

The treatment impacts people differently, so it's impossible to predict how long it will take for any one given person to start seeing results but it has shown to be effective in 90%+ of people.

If you desire to heal more quickly and reduce the frequency of outbreaks, we strongly advise you to continue using the product to see its full benefits. It can be difficult to see results in a short period of time. I would advise to keep the product and continue using it because consistent usage of the product has yielded positive results for a lot of our customers.
