How does the Luminance RED Return Policy work?

The way our return policy works is, if the product is returned before the expiration of the 6-month trial period, an 18% handling fee would be deducted from the refund, and you need to cover the shipping both ways. This is because our 6-month guarantee is offered as a way of reassuring customers that the product will yield benefits over time, if used correctly for the full 6 months.

In order to get the full refund and free return label, you would need to return within 35 days after the 6 month (180 day) period, starting the day of your purchase. We want to ensure we give everyone a chance to see its full potential, and we welcome returns if no results are seen after that time period. We don't encourage customers to return until they've used it for 6 months, otherwise, it might not be enough time to see noticeable results.
