We're sorry to hear you have not received your Luminance RED. We know it's frustrating to be expecting something to arrive quickly and have to wait.
Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot! Since the onset of COVID we’ve also seen instances where the package will be delivered the day after its marked as delivered as well.
If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
Consider calling your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with your tracking number and ask if they have any additional information.
Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you.
